Privacy Policy

This policy explains what information Circle Prospecting TV, Inc. (“Circle Prospecting TV”, “we”, “us”) collects through circleprospecting.tv, how we use it, and the choices you have. We provide streaming TV advertising for local businesses and real estate agents. Questions: info@circleprospecting.tv.
Information we collect
Information you give us
- Guide requests and contact forms: your name, email address and phone number.
- Messages and replies: anything you send us by email, phone or text.
- If you become a customer: the business details, videos, photos, offers and service areas you provide so we can build and run your campaign. Billing is handled under your service agreement.
Information collected automatically when you submit a form
- Your IP address and browser or device type.
- The page you submitted from, the page that referred you, and any campaign tags in the link you followed.
- The date and time of your request, and whether and when you opened the guide using the personal download link we sent you.
Cookies and tracking
We don’t use advertising cookies, analytics trackers or tracking pixels on this website. The only cookie we set is a sign-in cookie for our own staff in the private admin area. Our pages load fonts from Google Fonts, which receives your IP address in order to deliver them.
How we use information
- To email you the guide you requested and a link to download it.
- To respond to your questions and requests.
- To contact you about our services by email, phone call or text message, including by automated means, where you have agreed to it.
- To build, run and report on campaigns for customers.
- To keep the website secure, including blocking spam and automated form submissions.
- To understand which pages and campaigns bring people to us, and to comply with the law.
Text messages
When you submit a form that includes the consent statement, you agree that we may send you text messages about our services, including by automated means. Consent is not a condition of any purchase. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to stop receiving texts, or HELP for help. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging opt-in data and consent are not shared with any third party, except with the service providers that deliver our messages on our behalf.
How we share information
We don’t sell your personal information. We share it only:
- With service providers that work on our behalf and may use it only for that work: website hosting (Amazon Web Services), email delivery (Microsoft 365), and the email and text messaging providers we use to contact you.
- With advertising technology partners, if you become a customer, to the extent needed to produce and deliver your campaign.
- When required by law, or to protect the rights, safety and security of our customers, the public or us.
- In a business transfer, such as a merger or sale of assets, where the recipient continues to protect it under this policy.
How long we keep information
We keep your information for as long as we need it for the purposes above — typically while we’re in contact with you or providing services — and delete it when you ask us to, unless we’re required to keep it by law.
Your choices
- Email: reply “unsubscribe” to any email from us, or write to info@circleprospecting.tv.
- Text messages: reply STOP to any message.
- Access, correction and deletion: email info@circleprospecting.tv to ask what we hold about you, to correct it, or to delete it. Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under state privacy laws, and we will honor them as required.
Security
We use reasonable safeguards to protect your information, including encrypted connections and restricted access to lead records. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we can’t guarantee absolute security.
Children
This website and our services are for businesses and adults. We don’t knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. When we do, we’ll change the effective date above. Material changes will apply only to information collected after the change.
